How to Buy
Microdesign accept orders only with delivery in Italian territory.
For every order placed MicroDesign emits the invoice sent by e-mail to the art. 14 of Presidential Decree 445/00 and dL 52/2004. The data provided by you when you order will be included in the bill.
No change will be possible after the issuance of the invoice.
The customer can buy products and / or services in the electronic catalog of MicroDesign sas when the order. Images and technical data with the card of a product may not be complete and comprehensive of its characteristics but different for example: (weight, color etc ...).
The word "available" when the displayed product is indicative pending the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by multiple users. For this reason, the MicroDesign reserves the right, once you received the order, check availability of the property and, failing that, to promptly notify the non-acceptance sent. No responsibility can be attributed to MicroDesign
The correct order is confirmed by MicroDesign by e-mail answer sent to the email address communicated by the customer. This confirmation message will resurface all data entered by the customer who agrees to verify the correctness and communicate any corrections. Subsequently the MicroDesign checked the availability of good and the accuracy of customer data send by e-mail the acceptance of the contract.
The contract between the customer and the meaning more MicroDesign is concluded only after sending the e-mail of acceptance of contract by MicroDesign. By placing the order on the site MicroDesign the customer claims to have read the terms and conditions of sale, the payment methods and proposals of the whole process. With express reference to Articles. 3:04 Legislative Decree 185/89 the customer will receive, via e-mail, all the information required to identify the seller and the customer must keep together with the e-mail of acceptance of contract.
If you buy an online buyer, purchasing claims not to be able to enroll in the equivalent classroom course for one or more of the following reasons:
- Has never reached the minimum number of students to a classroom course and then alternate the traditional classroom course it was not, it can not and will not be disbursed quickly
- The buyer is in a state of "digital divide" as defined by Decision No 2318/2003 / EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 5 December 2003
